Lean and FitLast month I started a new fitness program: Lean and Fit. I am attending classes at the Red Tiger Martial Arts club on 6th Street in New Westminster. Each class is about 1 1/2 hours long, and includes a kickboxing style cardio workout and strength training using resistance bands. So far I am having quite a lot of fun doing this program and have already seen an improvement in my body shape and a reduction in my waist size. My weight has gone up a little but I think that’s probably because I haven’t been very good at adjusting my diet (naughty me!).

There is the possibility that I may instruct a few classes once my fitness level and knowledge increases. It would be good career change for me as I am toying with the idea of training to be a personal trainer. All this will have to wait until I get acceptance from Immigration Canada (fingers crossed that they like me!).
